Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is handed to the carrier.

How long does delivery take?
  • Domestic: Typically 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on the service selected at checkout.
  • International: Usually 6–21 business days; customs processing may extend timelines.
How do you package cards?

Singles are sleeved, placed in top loaders or card savers, sealed in team bags, then shipped in rigid mailers or boxes. Sealed products are cushioned and boxed to protect factory wrap and corners.

Do you offer local pickup?

If available, the option appears at checkout. You’ll get an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders & Preorders

How do preorders work?

Preorders are charged at checkout to reserve stock. We ship on or shortly after the official release date. Manufacturer delays or allocation changes can affect timing; we’ll email updates if anything shifts.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Yes—before fulfillment begins. Contact us ASAP with your order number. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes aren’t possible.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

Report issues within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels). Keep all packaging and photos of damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund per carrier claims.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Often! Use the “Notify me when available” button on the product page to receive an email when we restock.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Items must arrive in original, resellable condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake.

Are singles returnable?

To protect card integrity, singles are final sale. If we sent the wrong card or there’s a material grading error, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

What condition are singles in?

Unless otherwise noted, raw singles are Near Mint by industry standards. Product pages specify set, language, and any notable wear.

Do you buy or trade cards?

We periodically buy collections. Send a list or screenshots via our contact form, and we’ll let you know current buylist availability.

Payments & Tax

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and (where enabled) PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Do prices include tax?
